We have the kind of owner who puts the ball in your court and let’s you run with it. If something goes wrong, she's not scratching your eyes out. Instead, she walks you through the proper procedures, thanks you for giving it your all, and helps you learn from the experience. That kind of leadership is rare. You can't ask for much better than that.
Carr’s N Company has created so much more than just a job for me. It has created a lane for me and my family. It has given me opportunities to expand my horizons, grow into the role of Operations Manager, build relationships with people, bring in additional business, and continue developing both personally and professionally.

Ciaria - I love my job at Carr’s N Company because my hours are flexible, my boss is very understanding, the pay is reasonable, and it’s more than just cleaning people’s businesses and houses. Somebody’s whole world could be falling apart and coming home to a clean home might be what keeps them from going over the edge. I also love working for a family-owned business versus a big corporation. I appreciate that the people I work with really take the time to get to know and understand each other, it’s like a family.
